Vision: Wow, the monochramatic coloring was a REALLY good touch for this, especially considering the mood of the picture! I also like how you not only flipped the image, but faded it. It gives it an even better feeling of sadness and solitude. I think the only thing that distracts me really is the big bold text "ROLLING GIRL". I like the text in the background that's on them, though.

Originality: Fan art isn't normally original at all, sadly. But this is pretty cool. I've seen fanart before of the subject being flipped, or faded into the background, but I don't think I've seen something quite like this before... it's hard to explain, but it's really nice and unique.

Technique: Ok, this is colored and shaded really well, and your anatomy seems pretty well as well... however, those hands seem to be drawn a little bit funny. I know hands are hard to draw, but perhaps try making them smaller. Those hands like as though they're larger than her head. Also, for posistioning of the fingers, try making that pose with your own hand to better get the idea of how they should look.
Other than that, I really like how you made the face. Those eyes are dark, yet cute and gorgeous.

Impact: I get a really good impact from this picture. It makes me feel sad looking at it, and I just want to reach out and hug her. Good job, and you're well on your way to making amazing art.
